No voice mail on Samsung s24 ultra plus

I can not access any voicemail for a few weeks, I can not find the app in the appstore, and my phone says that even to look it up is not supported. I can not even find the app in the appstore or anywhere. The app on my phones was working great, not even after all the "fixs" nothing. Cleare Cache, forced stopped. even tried another voice mail app from xfinity and its does not work either. Alos. can not access from pushing the #1 on the dial pad.

@Members_qw4VWYe Voicemail is a carrier provided service. Have you contacted them for a solution? 

BTW, the Voicemail settings are in the phone app -> Settings

Generally it's pressing 1 for few seconds to get voicemail and it's a carrier thing not app
