Not getting notifications on Off Screen

 Got a new S24 Plus, I am not getting notifications when my screen is Off. It was there in S22 Ultra. Not sure if it is like this or is there a bug.

Try opening the settings for your notifications and then select the lock screen settings and make sure everything is enabled

Everything is how it should be on my S24+, I had a samsung employee connect to my phone and he told me notifications should turn on my screen and everything is set up how it should be and as a last resort I should factory reset the phone, which I'm not going to do because it was like this since the beginning, even after software updates, this bug is still the same. Is this how flagship Samsung phones work? So i shouldnt hope this going to be fixed?

I too have this issue. I also have all my notifications enabled.

Same on my S24, impossible to get any notification on screen when off (audio notifications are ok).

Not sure if its a bug or the system. It works on S24 Ultra though

Yep can confirm this is happening to my s24 ultra as well at the moment, reset everythign and still dont get notifications when my screen is off.

Have the same issue, it is so frustrating. My first Samsung phone (S24+) but if this bug is not gonna be patched out, it's quickly going to be my last.
