Hello. Everyone that has Pre Ordered a Galaxy S24, S24+ or S24 Ultra, you can post any order or tracking updates here.

This thread is for Galaxy S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra pre-orders!

Usually, we try to include the following information:

- Date ordered:

- Where did you order from (samsung.com, carrier, retailer, etc.):

- Unlocked or Carrier variant:

- Model, storage capacity, Color:

- Did you trade-In:

- Estimated delivery date:

Then, once it ships, please come back and post an update with the same information above, but the actual stated shipping and delivery dates, and maybe even let us know once it's received.

Pre ordered mine delivery by 1/31 when I pre ordered it than when I went to check status my delivery date by changed to 2/14.

Is anyone expecting delivery of their Pre-order S24 Ultra(from Samsung)....before the 31st? Anxious to get mine....waiting is so hard. I ask because Best Buy is saying 25th is when they expect delivery🤷🏿

Mine is coming by 31st, however, in the past. upgraded phones from Samsung have arrived earlier. Also, know @ BB u will not get the same advantages as buying direct from Samsung. I do believe the device will arrive earlier than predicted, as in the past, with all my preorders.

Mine is expected the 31st. In the past I've gotten my phone on said date or after.

If I'm going to guess, shipment will probably be this Friday and the phone will arrive on the 30th. I calculated the same time as I waited with the S23 series so I'm expecting the same.

I'm really hoping they deliver sooner.  Mine is estimated for Jan. 31 as well but I have to ship my iPhone 15 Pro Max to them by Feb. 2.  That's not a lot of time to get it ready to send in.  First I need the new phone to get everything transferred.  My work related apps and authenticator app can be a headache to move to a new device.  Then the weather is an issue as to getting the device sent off to them.  I live in a rural area and we've been having a not so great winter so far.  It's a really tight window to do the trade in and I'm annoyed that they are taking this long to ship the new product.

They will extend the time I’ve had to do it a couple times and it’s always extended I believe 12 days or something similar as a courtesy. Last time I was able to do it myself on the website but chatting/calling in will work too!

My 24Ultra says estimated will arrive by Feb 14th but I have to ship my trade-in by Feb 03?? Does anybody else have this in their order info? Sammy has never demanded my trade-in BEFORE I get my new device....hoping this is a glitch
