I'm so sad. I went to enroll and it already reached maximum participants. Can this be? Is there a workaround?

Paying for a phone (regardless of price) does not entitle you to participation in the beta.  If they were going to give everyone the beta, they may as well just release it as a done deal, finished product - warts and all, and then have to hear y'all complain about the bugs.  Your picture looks like you are old enough to understand this.

Try now, there's a new version and the enrollment is open. I just got in.

I wish there wasn't a limit to how many people can sign up for the beta program. I was really hoping to install it.

It was reopened yesterday for Beta 2. I enrolled. I don't know if you still can. Did you try?

It's not showing in the members app. I'll have to wait for the next beta

If it is not showing up in the Members app, that may indicate that you are not eligible.  You would need to be on an S24 series (non FE) and be using either a FACTORY unlocked or T-Mobile locked device.

"I wish there wasn't a limit to how many people can sign up for the beta program. I was really hoping to install it."

There is a limit because the Beta is not the way to get new software early, for everyone. They need a certain number of testers, but they also don't need everyone installing it and then complaining about bugs, as many do. Not testing and reporting issues as they're supposed to, but just complain that something is not working for them, this and that...
