I saw on a reddit thread that someone had spoke with a att rep and they claim there was a issue with the roll out to the S25s and it was most likely that the update wouldnt make it to the S24s until the last week of April but most likely the first week of may. Thats what I read. ??? Who really knows the actual true facts.

Yeah... AT&T ain't gonna tell us anything specific. They never have and never will.

Customer service is never told anything. And "messaging" them only brings up their AI chat-bot. It won't have real information.

If you bought the phone directly from samsung I'm pretty sure that's an unlocked phone so I don't know why you haven't gotten it

At this point for all the hype, I've just lost interest. My 24 ultra does everything I need it to so with Androit 16 a few months away they can keep 1 ui 7 sounds like nothing but problems anyway.
