Pre-order, Trade-in, promotions, discounts - Need help!

Hi. I ordered through Samsung shop app - Samsung s24 ultra 1TB, payment got deducted and order went through,

After an hour, got an email that order got cancelled for some reason and now I cant use my vouchers. 

No specific reasons mentioned. 

Did anyone find a fix?

@DrewDrewPew Did you still not resolve your preorder? Cannot believe this is happening to you. When you went to Shop App it wouldn't take your device for trade in just doesn't sound right! Use chat in app much better than website. If still having problems contact ecommerce by phone & ask for supervisor. This shouldn't be happening.
I do know there are certain things Verizon cannot do in Samsung I e. Samsung Cloud .
But they have to accept your phone...which device are you trying to trade in?

Anyone else trading their S22 Ulta or any device from that series to the newest one? Or are you going to keep yours?

I always trade in my device directly with Samsung Shop App each time a new S model comes out. That way, I get a better price. The longer I keep my older model, the more it depreciates...but I always preorder directly from Samsung Direct on the app not the website

Yep going from the s22 ultra to the 24 plus. I always trade directly with Samsung as well

Keeping my S23U for the time being. Currently if I trade it in, it will be to my carrier to change brands.

Yup I am, I didn't get the 23 ultra didn't seem like much chances, but I'm getting the 24 ultra lined done if the new features it comes with
