Pre-order, Trade-in, promotions, discounts - Need help!

Hi. I ordered through Samsung shop app - Samsung s24 ultra 1TB, payment got deducted and order went through,

After an hour, got an email that order got cancelled for some reason and now I cant use my vouchers. 

No specific reasons mentioned. 

Did anyone find a fix?

I'm trading in my S22 Ultra because I'm a tech-head and like to have the latest and greatest, LOL
But in all seriousness, I am going for the camera upgrades, that's a big selling point for me with any phone.

I traded in my s23u for the s24u. Hoping improvements are worth it but price was good. I just traded my s21u for the s23u on black friday. With trade the s24 was only 449 for me as I had a 100 promo code to get extra off.

Keeping my S22+ for another year. Maybe the next non ultra models will be titanium. If not, I'll try the ultra for the camera and not the pen.

Samsung introduced multiple device trade in a few years ago when S21 ? aumched and has not repeated it. DoeDoes anyone know why it was discontinued?

Most probably profit. Was hoping they would revert to ot again as well. Unfortunately, since the pandemic, most companies have toghten their belts & increased their prices.

I don't trust Samsung trade in program. I tried trading in my perfect condition phone before and the company said there was a defect so I didn't get my discount. I thought the offer was a bait for consumer to buy new phone.

Always document everything, pictures/videos of everything working and video resetting it to default

I've traded in at least a half dozen phones and watches. Zero issues with the Samsung trade in program.
