Purchased S24 overseas, live in US how to exchange ?

Hi guys,

I received an S24 as a gift in India, but battery is dying quickly, it's overheating & network is quite poor.

How can I exchange this for a US model? 

Both Samsung USA & India are refusing to help,stating that their respective warranties only apply within their country.

I'm at a loss.

Can you walk me through it ?I found something on XDA forum but it's for s24ultra.

Also would changing the Imei -if it's possible -help? When I take into the store they may provide setvice based upon that.

Changing csc is same for all phones, beware changing it may void warranty, contact Samsung support and check on it.

Authorized Samsung service may be able to change it and keep the warranty good. Check it out first.
