RCS chats not available after new update

Since the new update, I'm not able to text(RCS) my kids. They have iphones. And when I go in to settings;RCS chats it says

Any help would be very much appreciated!!

I thought I had that installed but I didn't so I installed it. Ty!

Seen mentioned before that Verizon users have this issue

Not sure why it's a issue om Verizon all I know is apple is working still to make compatible with rcs

Why do the RCS messages keep changing back to to normal and this phone does support this messages

I went back to Samsung messanger until this latest update.  Samsung wants to access my phone so they can place calls through their messanger.  So now I'm back to Google messanger.  I'm so done with this phone.  As soon as I've paid it off, I'm gone.
