Galaxy S24I have been trying to find an outlet to express my concern. When I purchase this phone I was told in writing in an email that I had an extended 30-day return window. Well I did not anticipate needing an extended 30 day return window, I looked up the policy online. Samsung has a 15-day return window normally. An extended 30 day would turn window implies 45 total days to return your device. However that is not accurate. This is one example Samsung using false advertise. When in fact I did realize that I no longer wanted the phone because it was the ultra and it was too big it was past the what they said 30 day window. If it was a 30-day window to return it should have said 30-day return window not an extended 30-day return window. I even spoke with a customer service rep from e-commerce and she got permission to allow me to return the phone. I was to receive an email explain to me how to do this. All I wanted was to get the regular s24 instead of the s24 ultra. I wasn't even asking them to give me a different phone or a different brand. The email I received did not include instructions on how to return my phone only thanked me for calling. I tried emailing several times after including asking to speak with a supervisor and I was never allowed to. I Samsung should live up to their word and keep with what they say. This is the first of many issues I have had since going with a Samsung device. I'm tired of being hung up on even though I am very nice and friendly to the customer service associates. I need someone that will listen. I will post my other issues in a different forum. If it is even possible that someone can help me out here.

Galaxy S24Not sure how you got an extended return. I just bought an S24 just short of 3 weeks ago and I got the 15 day return and nothing about an extension. I am at the point I am kind of regretting buying it now but I am stuck with it. It's a decent phone which was replacing a phone with a battery at 60% health, bad thing is this phone eats up the battery power in about the same amount of time so I didn't gain anything.

Galaxy S24The extended warranty was a promotion at the time I purchased the phone at the end of May. But in reality like I said it wasn't an extended promotion. When you receive an email after purchasing a phone and it says that you get an extended 30-day return, You would think that that means 30 days beyond the normal return. If I had known that the 30-day extended return period was 30 days total I would have contacted them earlier but I thought I had 45 days. I know is I really dislike this phone and regret purchasing it.
