S pen not alerting when left behind

My alerts for when my s pen is left behind is not alerting me when I leave it out my phone. I lost my original s pen and had to pay 50.00 for a new pen while at home I left it on couch while I went to another room and it didn't make any type of noise.

@useryUFCSkJTAn Just FYI, if you enable the alert, it will only alert if your phone is locked when you walk away from your S Pen.

It doesn't do it even if my phone is locked

@useryUFCSkJTAn Go to phone settings -> Advanced features -> S Pen -> More S Pen settings -> Warn if S Pen is left behind. Do you have this enabled?

I already have all of the set up I been dealing with notes for years so that's the first thing I enabled it's not working

@useryUFCSkJTAn I would also make sure that the sound on your phone is not set to off.

I lost one of mine. Down to two now. Been looking for it for over a week. No alert.

I lost mine at a casino it didn't even beep or anything my note 20 would always beep when you even walked away from the pen not this phone it just shows when it was last sensed by the phone

The need to fix this I'm not paying samsung another 50.00 for a new pen
