S24 Ultra Live Translate Features Don't Work Despite Settings Enabled

Are you referring to chat translation? As its not functioning for me at all.

Translation features are only supported in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese, and Japanese for Galaxy devices sold in the Americas. Hindi, Polish, and Thai are unfortunately incompatible with those variants.

Yes I know that, but its completely broken on my phone and doesn't work for any language, despite being enabled in settings. The option just doesn't show up in the keyboard.

I see this too that the thai translation doesn't work on my s24 ultra.  I view that the translation are working on my s24 displaying both english and thai. But the thai person only see English on their phone text messages.  Seems like an easy fix.  When do you think they will fix this?

Thai isn't compatible with the Galaxy S22/S23/S24 series (1st screenshot) or the Tab S8+/S9+ 5G in North America. It will only work with Wi-Fi variants of the Galaxy Tab S8/S9 series (2nd screenshot).

Toolbar translation works fine and respects settings when you choose Google for translation. But when you select word in text and click translate, it falls back to Samsung offline translation which doesn't have enough languages so it doesn't work. It's supposed to use Google as selected in settings.

I try to use live translate, try to turn it on as instructions. Not working , only text call option for me , then call for service ,they remote my phone, issues isn't fix at the end they disconnected without tell me !! First time to buy sansung bed experience
