Galaxy S24First, I'd like to clarify that when I mention portrait mode, it's not vertical mode. I'm talking about the function In the camera where the camera blurs the background and keeps focus in the subject.

Galaxy S24SAMSUNG has issued 2 more software updates, but the problem remains the same.
Today, I just realized that If I cover the wide angle camera while using the video portrait mode on the main camera, the portrait effect works flawlessly and focus of the subject is on point... every single time, without any issues. The background gets blury as expected and I get the video I am trying to get.
I hope this info helps anyone having the irregular focus issue in portrait mode, and helps the app developers fix their software.
