Galaxy S24Phone adjust picture like 5 secs after the pic is taken and picture became very ugly. I read online that it's something to do with Intelligent optimization. But there is no option for me to turn this off. Also someone said I should turn off super HDR. I did and picture still came out very ugly. The light is off. I HOPE SAMSUNG WILL FIX THIS SOON WITH SOFTWARE UPDATE. I want my s22 ultra back.

Galaxy S24I have the same problem. Samsung support is useless. My flagship phone takes worse pics than my s20+ thanks to this forced post processing on images. I'm so disappointed.

Galaxy S24The AI optimization not being able to be turned off the 50 and 200MP is just complete BS. It ruins every photo I take.

Galaxy S24It is absolutely unacceptable to sell such an expensive device with that kind of a problem. This is one of the main reasons I have bought s24U. I hope it is going to be fixed with an upcoming update... Very disappointed.

Galaxy S24I am getting the same issue with my camera , even after turning the intelligent optimization to off , it still takes 5 secs and ruins a perfectly taken photo and there is no difference between the settings to being off or on . Basically the switches are not working at all.

Galaxy S24Same here.
Moreover, while examining the photos, I noticed that even when shooting in RAW in Expert RAW, the phone performs post-processing of the images. I took two identical shots in RAW mode on the Galaxy S24 Ultra and on my six-year-old Huawei P30 Pro - the Huawei photo more accurately reflects reality. I was photographing a monitor - Huawei captured the pixels, whereas Samsung for some reason smoothed them out and made them a solid color, also degrading the text on the screen. It's a nightmare.

Galaxy S24I also got the same problem with 50 and 200MP photos, it's very disappointing. Also the HDR photos are ugly and too bright. I downloaded camera assistant app from Samsung store, I disabled super hdr in gallery app, deactivate auto hdr in camera assistant app, set minimum optimization in camera app. With those settings a picture with 50/200 is not as good as without the post processing, but it doesn't ruin them complete. From scoring perspective it was a 1/10 before when 10/10 is without everything it's now a 5/10. Somehow 12mp still look better. Samsung realy need to fix this issue with HDR and post processing!

Galaxy S24I have looked past not being able to share High End Photos like when i was using Iphone. Not even with another android user. I have excepted the fact that uploading them as a file to telegram it downgrades them from 50meg to 17 and the pictures aren't crystal clear.
Not being able to control my camera or turn off the optimization is a deal breaker. If it doesn't get resolved by the iphone 16 release I will be going back
