S24 Ultra speakers sound Tinny, Low Sound, with No Bass

Speakers lack bass compared to my s23ultra. I'd expect every aspect of a new phone to be better, if not the same as the previous generation. The s23ultra speakers sound fuller and much more balanced than the tinny sound coming out of the s24ultra. Maybe calibrate the speakers better?

That last sentence made me smile. I also traded in a s21u for my s24u. While copying the files onto the s24 I noticed the same pic on the s21 and s24, it looked so washed out and dull on the s24. Was listening to videos on the s24, noticed the sound difference, too. I want to go to att Thurs, see if I can trade for a s23u. They really dropped the ball on the s24

S21u's speaker was very solid. S24's sounds weak and faded like a kid's toy at walmart.

I believe the S23ULTRA is better than the S24ULTRA. Way too many issues with the s24ultra. Bench tests don't show any significant improvement in processing speeds. Hopefully the s25ultra will be better.

Did Samsung fix the bass issue on the s24 ultra with recent updates I just purchased an s24 ultra from note 10 plus and the bass on it is mind blowing low end and high end and it's very lowd I feel it's worth the upgrade for me the bass is there punchy I just love it and it's a phone it's obvious it won't produce much bass but it's there I got the s24 ultra titanium black let me if they did because wow the sound is amazing

I think it's probably more because of the massive jump in spec between the Note 10 plus and Galaxy S24 Ultra in terms of audio processing, software and speaker. Not every S24U had a speaker issue, mine was fine from day one but I also have the international version so I'm not sure if it was an issue only affecting the US variant. Either way, yeah you're going to notice a pretty massive difference in audio quality from your old phone to this phone. Make sure you have Dolby Atmos on, I put mine on music or movie I don't leave it on auto, also turn on adapt sound to 60+ years old it automatically boosts all frequencies, you can have Spotify or YouTube music on in the background and turn adapt sound on and off while the music is playing and you can hear a pretty significant difference with it on the 60 plus years old setting. If you want the most bass, put Dolby on movie and use the 60 Plus setting on adapt sound. You don't need to touch any equalizers or anything and that'll give you beautiful sound but definitely more base heavy than it's stock form.

Is it possible to have volume up for speaker tone to hear from the other party with Galaxy S24 Ultra?

When I'm using the speaker phone, can't hear well the other parties voice.

But old Samsung galaxy phones are didn't have any problem about the speaker volume or tone to hear.

Please let me know if there is any adjustment for better speaker volume.

I have this problem also. Use WhatsApp for phone calls if possible. Audio is fine with it. Using Phone by Google did not improve the audio.

Just bought the Samsun24+, the sound is terrible.  Very tinny sound.  Volume is very low, I have it at max.  The left side of the speaker is completely off.  I have tried to adjust the volume, nothing.  Sounds like I am listening to an old AM radio.

I wanted to see if others had the same issues and whaalaa....Yup.  

I am not understanding why they are selling such expensive phones and these issues.  

I get 2 returns on the on this phone.  Do I try another Samsung 24+ or do I just buy a different phone?  has anyone exchanged for the same phone?  I know sometimes we just get lemons but I am not sure about this one.

Please let me know.
