So my S24, locked on Verizon, won't update to the latest UI for some reason. I've tried going through settings, I've tried going through the Samsung Members app, and I've even reached out to my phone carrier, Verizon, and NOTHING!!!
Verizon says that I need to set an appointment with one of their service centers to have this update essentially "forced" onto my device.
Any help??

On non foldable devises it shows as 6.1 but you can try factory reset your phone maybe that could help

May I inquire if you were prompted to update your phone when you checked? Additionally, did you proceed with downloading the update and restarting your phone? If you completed these steps and the process went through successfully, it is likely that your phone was updated. However, it may not display the software version as 6.1.1 but rather as 6.1, similar to my own device. Therefore, there is no cause for concern.
