Galaxy S24History I have had every S20 model. I run dual sim with Tmobile and Verizon. The S23 with Tmobile as primary and verizon as secondary. I would get 3 carrier aggregation SA on Tmobile with both sims active. Usually it was N41+N41+N25. I have now switched to the S24U unlocked but some reason it will only carrier Aggregate 2 band N41 + N25 will using dual sim. Samsung says it is working like it should. I find it hard to believe the S23U is a faster device than the S24U.
If I do turn off the dual sims, reboot, I get 4 carrier aggregation.

Galaxy S24I have a similar issue with 2 phones:
1. Galaxy S24 Plus with T-Mobile and T-Mobile SIMs - when dual sim is activated, I get 2CA (n71+n41). When I disable dual sim, then I get 4CA (n71+n41+n41+25).
2. Galaxy Fold6 with T-Mobile and Verizon SIMs - when dual sim is activated, my T-Mobile gets 3CA (n25+n41+n41). When I disable Verizon, then I get 4CA (n71+n41+n41+25).
Tested dual sim enable and disable multiple times and the CA results are the same each time.
