I believe that's if you choose to have your health records coordinated under one umbrella. It's optional, not mandatory and you do not have to agree to anything other than what you already agreed to while using the health app. The new consent is for the new feature. I already have portals with my providers, I don't need to access the information through Samsung.
Some people really want all their information in one place. I cannot believe there are still women using online period trackers and ovulation trackers in this political environment.
