I nelieve thats if you choose to have your health records coordinated under one umbrella. It's optional, not mandatory snd you do not have to agree to anything other than what you already agreed to while using the health app. The new consent is for the new feature. I alrady have portals with my oroviders, I don't need to a access the information through Samsung.
