Galaxy S24Carrier Settings: Sometimes carrier-specific settings or network issues can affect message delivery. Contacting your carrier's customer support might provide insights or solutions.
Samsung Device Settings: Ensure there are no specific settings on your wife's Samsung device that could be causing message delivery issues, such as message filtering or restrictions.
- Sometimes resetting iMessage settings can help:
- Go to Settings > Messages.
- Toggle off iMessage.
- Wait a few seconds, then toggle it back on.
- This action can refresh your iMessage connection and settings.
Also Reset iMessage on your phone.
Hope this helps, please inform if she got the solution after this.

Galaxy S24@Jacan sure it can have it's own ring tone. First you have to enable notification categories. Go to settings/notifications/advanced settings/manage notification categories for each app. Then go to the messages app settings and tap on categories and choose your ring tone for incoming or new messages.

Galaxy S24It sounds like iMessage might still be linked to your phone number. Try these steps:
- Deregister iMessage online using Apple's Tool.
- Turn off iMessage on your old iPhone, if available (Settings > Messages > iMessage).
- Restart both phones after deregistering.
- Check for any carrier issues with SMS/MMS messaging.
This should help resolve the problem.
