The extremely popular and productive symbol characters on keys with long push access is gone. On the S23 and S24 You don't make things less productive. You had a popular productive idea and you took it away. You need to give the customers that option back. It is a huge mistake! Now I'll load 3rd party keyboard that still has that option. What were you thinking?

@useryAzSMgNaCP I think this setting is turned off by default. Try this:

1. Open phone settings
2. Click on General management
3. Click on Samsung Keyboard settings
4. Click on Layout
5. Click on Alternative characters
