Galaxy S24Hello userxumOh1BYjk,
Thank you for posting and welcome to the Samsung Community. We understand that after the last update you are getting a camera failed error when taking a photo by telephoto lean 3x. This is most likely caused by a software issue. Please, double check that your unit is up-to-date in settings>software update> download and install> follow directions on screen. If your unit is up-to-date please follow the following steps for assistance.
1. Reset the camera app
Go to camera> settings> reset settings> reset the camera app
2. Reboot the phone in Safe Mode to determine if the issue is caused by an app
Power off unit until Safe mode icon displays> tap Safe Mode to restart device in Safe Mode> Safe Mode will display at the bottom of the screen
Note: If the issue is gone in Safe Mode this means a recently downloaded app caused the problem. Please uninstall recent apps
If the issue still exists while in safe mode please consider backing up your unit and performing a Factory Data Reset.
3. Perform a back-up and Factory Data Reset
We recommend writing down your username and password to your back-up account. Have your device connected to wall charger. Decrypt any SD cards. This step will take your unit back to factory settings and erase your data.
Go to settings> Factory Data reset> tap Factory Data Reset> Reset > follow screen instructions
