How do you edit in Google messaging, cause i have tried?

Long press on the message, at the top there will be a pencil.
Both the sender and recipient have to have RCS and Google Messages.

I tried to do it with iphone user but don't work i think only work android to android

If you don't see RCS in the text box, they have either not updated their phones yet or have not turned it on!
It will look like this from an iPhone.

Yes i have RCS but but with iOS User that feature don't work i try and says RCS but don't let me edit text. And when i reply, an exact message on ios don't even show up amd reply a message back just show up like a normal RCS message i think that's just iOS problem not Google
