Theme not working

Is anyone else having this issue on their S24 Ultra? Themes isn't applying to my text message section or the phone call section. I don't have dark mode on, I've tried restarting, I've tried going to the default theme and back again, and I've tried different themes. It still won't work. Help please 🙏🏾

Was kinda hoping you would say that you weren't because then I'd know how to help. Sorry to ask, but you're sure dark mode isn't on?

I've set it to default and restarted

I'm really not sure why themes wouldn't be applying to them. Have you tried another theme developer to be sure it isn't just an isolated incident? Oh sorry, I just saw that you did on your OP.
