In advanced settings there is option for video call effects but once you click on it there is no on/off toggle button. So this is downgrade from s21, s22, s23 ultra? I hope this will be fixed soon.
Did you ever find a resolution? I am having the same issue with my Galaxy S 22Ultra and I am unable to remove a background color I have no idea appeared in the first place.
Having the same issue and I absolutely cannot stand it!!! Why Samsung thought it was a good idea to put this on phones is beyond me. Not everyone wants a background effect. The least they could have done would have been to have an on/off toggle!!
It's the worst! I finally spoke with someone at Samsung and after letting them sign on my phone and remotely trying to fix it they said it was not an option, but they wanted to assure me my feedback would be used when making decisions for updates....... Not going to hold my breath.
