The video camera is vibrating when recording or only when you open the camera application. This happened suddenly.

Hello, welcome to the Community, and thanks for reaching out. I can certainly understand how frustrating it is to have your phone constantly vibrate when recording a video. While you may not be getting an error and can still technically use the camera, there is troubleshooting for the app and device itself you can try, to rule out being a software-related behavior. Consult this guide: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001329/

If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. For service in the U.S., you can take the phone to a local U.S. walk-in service location https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung or to ship the phone in for service, please reach out to us via one of the following options: 1. This vibration seems to be caused by a malfunction in the video stabilization mechanism. I highly recommend having a Samsung authorized service center, like uBreakiFix, evaluate your device further. If there has been no damage, the fix should be covered by the warranty. Diagnostics are typically free.

Can this be resolved by a software update?
