It could have temporarily lost connection(even though it shows 5g uc) its probably searching for an active internet connection, sometimes wifi/mobile connections can be connected but doesn't currently have access to internet. So I was most likely searching for a tower with an active connection to the internet. Or you were charging in a spot that was blocking signal.
