When will S24 get UI 6.1.1

Sadly they cannot.

If by "they" you mean Samsung, then they have released it... to the carriers.

If by "they" you mean the carriers, then they have to finish adding their content to it, and then release it on a schedule that will not overburden their update servers, so usually roll this out in waves, telling someone it will be available on a certain date is impossible for them.

I understand that it is not fun being left in the dark like this, but it is a necessary evil due to the way the industry has setup updates .
