Why is my S24 Ultra Brightness low?

I'm not sure why my Brightness is low, since it's brand new and the ultra, but I have,

Adaptive Brightness off

Powersaving off

Extra Dim off

Extra Brightness on

QHD+ On

Screen Vividness- Max Vivid 

I noticed that when I toggle Extra Brightness on and off, it doesn't do anything. Also, I held it next to an S23 Ultra and that looked brighter.

Same my s24 ultra dims too outta nowhere it's annoying

I'm having the same problem, I visited Samsung service and they told me that this should be a 3rd party app causing the problem. Because they placed the phone on test mode and the problem disappeared. 

I factory reseted the phone and the problem still exists....

Turn on adaptive brignthess , and then giv it a try

My S23 ultra never had this issue even with heat. Side by side my S23 is blinding compared to my S24
