Hello, When I set an alarm I don't see the clock in the notification panel telling me my alarm is set.

Galaxy S25That needs to be changed. People use alarms typically while they sleep, so the status bar clock icon showing up is not going to be seen. At the same time, people setting the phone alarms then wonder if their alarms are set as they see no indicator.

Galaxy S25I don't do the programming, nor did I make the change. I only know it used to show up in the notification panel once an alarm was set, along with other running apps, such as weather, antivirus, routines. It does not show up now. Anyone who bothers to set the visibility of their status bar icons knows to look at the status bar to see what's active. OneUI7, as I understand it, took away most of the icon visibility, but if Quickstar has been updated for OneUI7, one should be able to add back or remove the indicators they want. The alarm indicator is quite visible once an alarm is set. In the meantime, there is also an alarm widget one can add to their home or lock screen to see if it's set.
What I also just discovered, is since it does not show in the notification panel, it also does not show on my AOD like it used to. It absolutely must be changed back.

Galaxy S25As I said, it's been a while since I set an alarm, but I am 100% positive the bubble showed in the notification area at all times from when the alarm was set to when it was dismissed. It is outrageous that it's no longer there. I did supply a workaround of either adding the alarm widget or creating a routine snd using that instead of the alarm.

Galaxy S25Until they decide to bring back the notification of the alarm, I suggest the following workarounds. Also, send feedback through the support tab that you want this feature back.
1. Put the alarm widget on your home screen and AOD. That way you will be able to set, check and disable it at a glance. You can add multiple alarm widgets if you use more than one alarm.
2. Instead of setting an alarm, create a routine to play music at your wakeup time: You can also create a routine to *set* your alarm at a certain time for a certain time (set alarm at 5 p.m. for 6 a.m.), that way if you see the routine is running, you know the alarm has been set.

Galaxy S25@userYCKLC4u9BM This is a change with the new UI 7. I haven't seen any method to bring it back.

Galaxy S25I do not have OneUI7 yet, still on 6.1/14 on my A54 and the alarm notification ribbon is not in the notification bar for me either. They changed something in a recent update to take it away and it is unacceptable. People need to be able to see that their alarm is set and they should not have to add a widget to do so. When I need to set an alarm (rarely), it showed in my notification area on my lock screen and on my AOD when it was set. Now it doesn't show anywhere.
