This is totally unacceptable.

I have been using Samsung since the Galaxy S2 and have had its small problems with its cameras, but since the S20 Ultra, the problems have been much more remarkable, consistent and durable.
My S25 Ultra just ruined one of the most glorious moments I could have captured with my daughter and wife...the camera failed in such a way that I still can't explain, what a huge disappointment.

Someone can explain this

What mode were you using? It looks like the shutter speed was incredibly slow causing the blur.

Auto in 12, 50 and 200, the result was the same, I have more pictures with more grain than the sand in the beach....and I know how to take pictures, I sale pictures.

Does it, or has it ever produced a "normal" picture?

Experiment with it if you can with other moving elements when taking shots. Also, were those shots zoomed in? If so, the camera will need to be held still to prevent blurring. I do however feel that up to a zoom level that the camera can take images optically, the shutter speed still should be fast enough to capture moving objects with clarity. I mean Apple and Pixel do not have that issue (AFAIK), although I have not seen test images taken by those devices with zoomed in shots of moving objects.

In any event, that is disappointing to experience on a special day.
