Device Care freezes when checking for updates

The device care on my new Galaxy 25 Ultra, freezes when checking for updates. I then have force quite it to get out of it. Has anyone else had this?

Your using device care to check for uodates?

Yes for system updates.

Not where you get updates in settings at bottom there's software update tab

Are you using an unlocked phone ? I have used device care for years and have always updated from there. I have a friend who used Verizon and it is not supported.

No just got the s25 plus last week as for updates i.e security or otherwise it's always been done with the software update feature I have never heard of device care used or able to get updates

It says SOFTWARE UPDATE, below that you should have DIAGNOSTICS
