Device Care freezes when checking for updates

The device care on my new Galaxy 25 Ultra, freezes when checking for updates. I then have force quite it to get out of it. Has anyone else had this?

We are going to the same place you get there through settings. I get there though the device care icon i have on my home screen.

I was replying to your response from last night. My original post was stating that my device care locks up when checking for software updates .

Is your phone locked ?

Hi TheMiz, Thanks for being part of the Community. We know it's frustrating having the phone freeze when checking for updates from Device Care.

Have you tried clearing the app cache? https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10001372/

Does it freeze using the other option, or just through device care?

I have cleaned the cache. And it is exclusive to Device Care.

1just got the freeze this morning fwiw today tis happened after clicking on Morning Brief
