Howdy!
- Do Not Disturb is TURNED OFF.
- No Modes or Routines are running (there aren't any setup).
- Sound is on.
- Vibrate is on.
- No icons or app badges show up on the top.
- The apps that I am testing with I have confirmed that notifications are turned on.
- All the options are selected for the notification options (Lock Screen, App icon badge, Notification pop-up).
- This happens if the phone is sleeping or awake.
- My old phone is still using Wi-Fi and notifications work fine on that one (other than messages and phone cause that's tied to the SIM). Turning off the old phone and waiting a few minutes and trying on the new phone, same thing happens.
- If I open the offending app, I can see the unread messages.

Galaxy S25I can't believe this!
The "fix" worked indeed! How could you even think of this as a possible solution? 🙂

Galaxy S25I also used dns on my Note10 plus.
nextdns
And when moving it, it copied the configuration.
After disabling private dns I was able to trigger push notifications.
After switch DNS completely off I could set up apps like ING.NL - Bankieren. It didn't work before. Now it works with and without dns.

Galaxy S25Holy **bleep** - removing my own private dns allowed me to enable push notifications on several third party apps. Interesting bug! I do hope Samsung fixes this quickly.

Galaxy S25Excuse me, I think I had them all enabled, but they were just not coming through.
What do you mean by “enabling” push notifications?

Galaxy S25If anyone experiencing this issue with gmail only this helped me:
Clearing storage and cache adds a message at the top of the Gmail says "Inbox Sync is off" even though it's turned on everywhere in the settings.
FIX as stated in this thread:
You have to REMOVE THE ACCOUNT and THEN CLEAR CACHE/STORAGE. If you do it in a different order it won't work.
Now notifications for gmail are OK, before I did not get any notification mobile or watch from gmail inbox

Galaxy S25Did you check Notification Categories? Check out this thread: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Galaxy-S24/Notification-category/m-p/2948508 . Try also turning On Airplane Mode, which can also reset the notifications.

Galaxy S25I also have the same issue as mentioned by some, notifications do not come through while my phone is locked, as soon as I unlock it, I receive all notifications that were missed while the phone was locked. I've tried modifying every notification/battery setting I can think of, with no success.

Galaxy S25Note that the notifications appear and make the notification sound upon unlocking so they're not actually being received while locked, not that they're muted, almost like it's a battery saving measure getting in the way.
