I installed company portal on my new S25 Ultra and signed using my work credentials and then I press Begin to create a Work Profile. It does something for 3-5 seconds and gives me an error "Can't add Work Profile'.
I checked with my company's IT Admin and there are no policy restrictions and they asked me to try on other devices.
I tried it then on my Note 20 Ultra and S24 Ultra and it worked fine. Seems like there is an issue with S25 software compatibility or something.
I called Samsung Care and they blindly shirked off their hands and told me to contact my IT Department š Pretty useless. If there is no solution I might have to return the phone since I can't have a phone without my work email and apps.

Galaxy S25During registration, it asks me for a code from the IT administrator, but he doesn't know anything about it. A question for those who have successfully registered: did you manage without the code? If the code is required, how can I obtain it?

Galaxy S25I'm an endpoint engineer and I run our Intune client. Here is my work around that seems to fix the issue for Intune users using the S25 models (me included).
- Uninstall Company Portal. If you can't uninstall go to: Settings> Security and Privacy> More security settings> device admin> and deactivate Company Portal as a device admin.
- Then uninstall, reboot the phone.
- Download company portal then return to Settings> Security and Privacy> More security settings> device admin> and activate Company Portal as a device admin.
- Now sign into Company Portal and make sure you follow all the steps, and it will enroll and create the work profile.
If you get disturbed, you may have to do it all over again. So, pick a time when you have at least 20 minutes of undistracted time.
