Notifications option for Personal Data Intelligence greyed out?

Why is the notifications option greyed out for personal data intelligence? I am trying to troubleshoot why I don't receive any Google team score updates under my now bar. So I started by checking notifications settings. I'm unable to turn on notifications for personal data intelligence because it is greyed out. Any suggestions? Thanks

@Galaxy4 Not sure why it is grayed out. I see the same on mine. But I receive Google team score updates as expected. So that is not the cause.
