Hello. Everyone that has Pre Ordered a Galaxy S25, S25+ or S25 Ultra, you can post any order or tracking updates here.

This thread is for Galaxy S25, S25+ and S25 Ultra pre-orders!

Usually, we try to include the following information:

Samsung is very heavily data driven in their design decisions. They look at how their users actually use their devices and it's features.

Disappointed in samsung that unpacked totally sucked ima upgrade to the s25 ultra because i have the s24 plus if i would had the s24 ultra i would've not upgraded but next year if nothing special happens besides AI **bleep** im gone

I'm speaking on the Note/Ultra line because that's been my phone choice since the Note II. That said. Great job to everyone for speaking up. We can't be "Yes" men praising these bad decisions. If Samsung wants to sell a device that's stripped down, have at it and charge $800-$900 for it but leave my phone with all its features. I need them. Plus how can I flex on the iPhone and Pixel users if I have nothing to flex with? Just a thought. But seriously you're going down the wrong direction Samsung.

Hey Samsung,

Hopefully the fact that a lot of tech reviewers are not amazed with the hardware upgrades on your new phones will be enough to get you to make some much needed changes. This unpacked event was quite lack luster, for numerous reasons.

• 1. You let nearly all of the features of your upcoming devices get leaked MONTHS before Unpacked, so there's little to be excited for
• 2. You had to pad your event with talk of Samsung SmartThings and Samsung Health additions just to get it to fill up an hour block. Meaning there wasn't much new about your new phones
• 3. The main focus is STILL Galaxy AI. While some of the features can be useful to many, such as Circle To Search, Now Brief and the additions of Gemini Live, it doesn't warrant the need to upgrade. Even if youre device is only a year old, because those features will more than likely be pushed to phones up to 3 generations back.

You need to make more hardware changes to entice people who don't care about AI. Sure you upgraded the Ultra-Wide camera to 50MP on the Ultra. But what did the smaller S25's get? Only a new processor... Each of the phone's Ultra-Wide cameras should get an uprade like that. Maybe add a 5x Optical Zoom to them as well. Appease the customers who don't have the money for the Ultra, or want the smallest phone they can find because they have small hands, by providing more substantial hardware upgrades to the smaller S series.

Also, you need to get back to innovating yourselves, instead of asking Google for help. (ie: Google Gemini🙄) Your website states the S25 Ultra has an, "ergonomic exterior," with smoother edges and a comfortable grip." Squaring off the sides of the phone doesn't allow for improved ergonomics. The rounded corners is a slight improvement. But if you want to make the phone more ergonomic, you need to revisit some of your old designs like the Galaxy S7-S9. Of course customers would not like to have curved glass screens again because of their lack of structural integrity, but you could possibly achieve this by designing the aliminum/titanium frame to curve around back. Similar to how you did on the S21 and S22, Enough to allow the sheet of glass on the back to remain flat. 

Speaking of "flat," get rid of the camera bumps! Design these phones so they can lay flat on their backs. No more rocking. You could keep metal rings around the cameras, providing a barrier between the back glass and the lenses. So, hopefully if the back glass cracks, the fractures can't travel over the lenses and obscure photos until it's repaired. 

In summary, the TL;DR:

Stop letting Galaxy AI be the maine focus. Focus on hardware changes across all 3 devices instead of just a new processor. Redesign the design of your phones and be the leader of innovation again. Because companies in China are leaving you in the dust.

I have an s23 ultra, I didn't change it to the s24, much less will I change it to the s25 since the phones have the same aesthetics, that is, the same style, and I'm one of those people who doesn't like to repeat styles. Until Samsung changes its aesthetics and continues like Apple, I don't plan to spend another cent. I recommend that Samsung please do an analysis and change its format of creating the same thing but with

 "another operating system"

Correct. You don't want to buy the same phone twice or in this case one that is downgraded with no Bluetooth S Pen!

The only benefit imo if going from a 23 to a 25 is processor and ram if you consider 12 GB a worthy update, the processor efficiency and speed would be the bonus unless you are upgrading storage too.

The trade in for my s23+ is quite good actually. I'm considering it, but I agree there is lack of innovation in cameras and no silicone carbon batteries, or ceramic glass. So it quite disappointing, but what I'm actually paying is a good deal with trade
