Yes, it does. Open the portrait in the Gallery. Click the Gemini button. A "Portrait studio" button will appear on the photo. Click that and you will see the options along the bottom of the screen.

Yes, like taking a photo form your device and using it to create a sketch or make a drawing and turn it into art, drawing, comic characters etc. Here is my example from an image I took of the Lucky Cat. The top one is the original and the bottom I used the the drawing assist, drew around the right eye, and it remade it into that image.

@Tom6068 Just to be clear, you are talking about Sketch to Image. This is different than "Portrait studio" which turns the entire photo into a cartoon, sketch, etc.

Except that photo I provided was made with the sketch to image. Here is the exact photo using that tool making a sketch of the eye slightly different that earlier in two more examples .
