Post OneUI 8.5 Upgrade / Video Call Issue.

After the OneUI 8.5 upgrade, video chat with another android phone (even another Samsung phone with oneUI 8.5) fails. It keeps saying "video declined". If the other phone tries the same, they get a "video declined" error as well. This seems to work fine before the upgrade as I would make routine video call.

Just a side note, video calls through google Meet do still work however.

Hi everyone:)

It is NOT an AT&T or any carrier issue like Samsung claims. I've only updated my phone to the latest software (UI 8.5), thank goodness I didn't update the rest of the phones on the other lines. The phones I didn't update with the latest software, the video calls work perfectly. SAMSUNGS UI 8.5 update removed the camera permission for their default phone app, which is needed for video calls and that's why it keeps declining. You can't even go to the camera permissions to grant the Samsung default phone app itself, it's missing. Check out your permissions. Google Meet is horrible, not only with it's lagging, but it over heats my phone. If you have the overheating issue too, I found that putting my phone on battery save mode helps a little.
