After the OneUI 8.5 upgrade, video chat with another android phone (even another Samsung phone with oneUI 8.5) fails. It keeps saying "video declined". If the other phone tries the same, they get a "video declined" error as well. This seems to work fine before the upgrade as I would make routine video call.
Just a side note, video calls through google Meet do still work however.
Please submit feedback in the support section of the members app. You are not the only AT&T customer with this issue. Try to replicate the issue and report it within 15 minutes of occurrence. Take screenshots and upload them with your error report. Do not close the members app while logs are being collected.
If you have att for your provider, im assuming its the same on all carriers, and you use your native video calling (not google or facebook) then do NOT update. It removes the ability to use that feature and forces you to use google meet. Completely trash app and unstable when not on a pristine network. My native video calling worked so much better in less than optimum service.
