SOS now available notification

Every time I restart my s25 ultra I get the sos now available pop up notification. I'm with verizon and I'm not able to turn off this notification. Any ideas?

I figured it out. Download the original samsund messages app and disable Google messages. The satellite SOS doesn't show up on me anymore.

I will not use Samsung Messages.
Not giving up all my RCS features.
I can live with swiping away a notification.

I don't like Google messages because their isn't privacy at all using it as they collect too much data
