Samsung Delivered Empty / Fedex

Hello Samsung.

I bought 2 phones S25 Ultra Orders in Jan 2025. one order was returned to Samsung and as per video from Tech, the phone was not there, just the cases.

I have been talking to Samsung everyday via phone and last email that i got from Samsung said that box was empty. 

I am proving the box weight (phone and cases) was 1 lb instead of 2lb.

Make sure you start recording when you are opening any box.

Request a copy of the video of the box being opened. They have to give it to you.

I haven't heard anything since an email saying samsung had received my trade in on Feb 8. Perhaps worryingly, FedEx says it was delivered Feb 11!

Wait for 21 business days after Feb 11, if you don't hear from them by them you can call.

That happened to my boyfriend. He sent back 9 phones. All 9 boxes were empty. He's been going back and forth with them.

Video shows no phone just the cases inside the box.

Even it has tape all around.

I have been back and forth woth Samsung.

I will keep calling Samsung every time.

I also faced the same issue, when I returned my s24 ultra, I still did not get my refund

I took photos and a video packing up my S24U trade-in and I put this message inside the box.

No issues and I received the email confirming my $900 trade-in credit.
