Samsung Email App redirect error

I keep getting this message (below) when trying to sign in to my email addresses (Godaddy/Microsoft Exchange) on the Samsung Email App. I have tried everything I can think of to resolve this. Nothing works. Please help.

Add your email account using BlueMail first, then add it to Samsung Email app and it should work.

I fixed this on my Samsung S21 by opening a browser and logging into my Office 365 account (GoDaddy).  After authenticating my device and trusting it, my email worked after that.

This solves also the "something went wrong. [5ssai]" error when trying to adding this to outlook on android!

Ive never had an issue on my S23Ultra until today! Now im getting that same message. ive tried deleting and reinstalling, but no luck! ....any updates on a fix?
