If it is the Samsung Keyboard, go to Settings/General Management/Keyboard list and default, then open the Samsung Keyboard section. Scroll down to and open "Swipe, touch, and feedback" then "Touch feedback and toggle off the sound.
If this is Gboard, then open the Gboard section in the list (don't touch the toggle), then open "Preferences" and then toggle off "Sound on keypress".
