Shortcuts disappearing

S25 ultra keeps having created folders of contacts and excel disappear from home screen. Started happening after 3rd day of using. Not sure what to do. It happened twice today

S22Ultra I have I think a similar problem. The folders I created for my homescreen, Travel, Office, Finance, etc are gone. This happened after the last update. I don't know why and I don't know how to get them back.

I keep a number of web shortcuts on my homepage for sites I frequent. Earlier today I accessed my secure folder while I'm still setting everything up on the new device, and two things happend.

1. Dark Mode was switch to Light Mode

2. All my web shortcuts were deleted

I manually added all the shortcuts back and then I performed a Homescreen backup before I did anything else.

Second time I accessed Secure Folder, Dark Mode was not changed however I lost shortcuts again.

Thankfully the backup/restore feature worked correctly but I wanted to share my experience and see if anyone else has encountered this or would be willing to revisit this post IF it does happen to you.

I have tested this multiple times and they dissappear everytime I enable and access Secure folder

Yes it's happening to me also on my new S25 Ultra. You might have just helped me find what's causing it, I've been trying to work that out today and now that you've mentioned about it happening whenever you access secure folder, I think that's what's happening to me too. I've used secure folder a couple of times today however hadn't yet linked that to the loss of my google drive and google chrome shortcuts from my Home Screen but will now try that out.

I am also having the same issue on my s25 ultra. All of my Google Chrome (website) shortcuts keep disappearing. They will stay on the home screen for about a week or so and then randomly disappear. I tried linking it to the secure folder like yall suggested but that did not cause them to disappear. I even tried to lock the home screen and they still disappear. Please let me know if anyone finds a solution to this problem. I will do the same.

I've been having a similar issue with my S25 Plus when creating a folder for all my quick links, the folder disappears even though I have homescreen locked. It's happened twice now and so far not tried it a third time in case it happens again! 

I do use secure folder, could that be the issue?

Unsure. I'm not confident it is the issue but I have been able to replicate the issue about a half dozen times now so it's what I most suspect

Yes, this happened to me also. It doesn't matter where I create a link off a website, it gets disappear after maybe few hours.

Is there maybe something in the settings to enable/disable to prevent this from happening?

S25 Ultra here.
