Syncing 2 different Google accounts/photos

I have two Google accounts, how do I make only one synchronize?

Cancel that. Go into the Google Photos account you want to backup to the main account. Choose backup.

Once it's backed up, you'll need to delete it from Google photos

Yes, but it will remain in Google Photos for the main Google account as long as it was synced beforehand.
