Wifi goes offline when trying to make video calls

Every time I make video calls, The WiFi goes offline for no reason. I already tried to forget my password, restart my phone (normal restart, do not restore it from the factory) change my name to the wifi and as much as possible someone knows that it could be the problem I have a S25ULTRA

Have you tried updating your router or at least restarting it?

Its done i reset my wifi and now i think everything its good but if i have more problems i wanna go for the customer service
