"Show palm" for rear camera

Is anyone else having trouble with the "show palm" shooting method for the read camera? It works perfectly fine when using the front camera for selfies but doesn't work for the rear camera. I was able to do it on my previous phones but not the s25 ultra. If they're going to remove the Bluetooth features of the pen to take pictures, they should have at least kept the show palm feature in the read camera

The camera setting only has show palm to take selfies or start recording selfie videos. I dont see anything about the rear camera. I also tried checking for updates but my phone says it's up to date. I honestly dont like using the voice commands especially when I'm out in a crowded area. The timer is okay but sometimes it's nice to already in the spot you want to take a picture and then showing your palm instead of setting the timer then running to your spot. I'm probably just nit picking but I really did appreciate the show palm for the rear camera.

It only works on the selfie camera. Not adding it to the rear camera is yet more evidence the removal of the S-Pen Bluetooth was a last moment decision.

Not sure how completely changing up the internals to remove a coil charger, or to resize the s-pen holder to not be so big could be seen as a last minute change...

@iyqblah Which previous phones had this? I just checked the S23 Ultra and Fold 6. Neither of them allow you to use your palm to trigger a picture with the rear camera.
