7 Ultra Charging Slow

New watch charges really slow compared to my old 5 pro. I was under the impression that it would charge pretty quick. It's taken over an hour to go from 15% to 50%, my 5 pro would have been fully charged in that time. I'm using the puck that came with the 7 ultra, and have it plugged into a fast charging brick. Am I missing something?

That's your power brick if u have a 5w u Ned a min if a 10 to 15 w power brick

Model number on the brick says it's a 25w online.

Is it a aftermarket one ? The watch days to use samsung stuff or u won't get the same like results maybe test it or power down watch when charging it is a larger battery ill test my watch whenever the ship the danm thing

No, it was a Samsung brick. It's an older style 25w though, maybe that is the issue? Mine thankfully shipped fast. Overall I love it, just seems to charge slower than I would like.

I use the charger that came with the watch and it's slow as molasses charging.

I have the same problem with GW7... Charging is very slow compared to my old GW5 Pro. Same brick, weird charging speed.

Has anyone figured this out? Mine charges super slow compared to my 6

It's still slow compared to the 5 pro I had, but if I put it on the charger it came with, and use the super fast charging block, it does go quicker than it was going originally.

It charges incredibly slow for me as well (ultra model). I've used multiple power bricks (25w, 45w with PD). Takes around 2 hours to charge the watch. Wish I could return it at this point.
