GW7 Ultra Battery takes a long time charge

Why does my GW7 Ultra take over 3 hours to fully charge?

@JerryMo Are you using the charging puck which came with the GW Ultra? And a Samsung fast charger adapter or something with the same capability?

IME it takes about 2 hours to fully charge a GW Ultra.

Yeah no chance you're using the fast charger with a fast charging brick that's PPS compatible. It's definitely the physical hardware you're using to charge the watch. Likely the power brick that you're plugging into. Make sure it's PPS & PD capable. I just use my Samsung 25 watt fast charger for my watch and my 45 watt for my S24 Ultra and it definitely charges well under 3 hours
